I think that more an more of the emplyers 'get' what 'it' is but maybe they havnt really got what it means. More and more are investing in it. More and more are trying to make it work. Sadly, changes in what is news and how's it's reported seem all too many times to be being pushed top down on newsrooms instead of being embraced bottom up. Sadly, changes in what is news and how’s it’s reported seem all too many times to be being pushed top down on newsrooms instead of being embraced bottom up. That typically doesn’t engender creative change.
