I guess Im saying if there is going to be investment then let&#039;s think about what quality really is and how we can spend money in the right way to get it.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s important to remember that current low expectations or quality may not always remain.  There may come a day when audiences demand and expect better quality.  So the key now is take advanage of low expections and dive in at the low end, where high-priced training and high-priced equipment is not essential.  It&#039;s better to do than to get too hung up on quality. And of course, one of the hallmarks of a true professional is that true professionals never stop trying to improve.</description>
