The NUJ have announced a commission on multi-media working.

NUJ General Secretary Jeremy Dear said: “This is a time of great change and opportunity for our members if the transition is handled well.

“However, there are challenges that the union will need to meet as working practices throughout the industry are affected by the rapid implementation of multi-media technologies. Together we will develop strategies to meet these challenges.”
