Hmmmmm.....blogging a waste of time? I began mine as a form of self-expression and to share knowledge...then moved into the interactive blogging community (which I love). And suprise! Posted that I might be offering training and I've got two interested parties (well, one asked well before the posting...which is what got me to thinking along those lines). I think blogging allows you to establish yourself as an expert in a niche market and attract an audience. Not too sure about blogging to attract a general audience for a newspaper though. The audience tends to look for what they want when they want it and won't waste time on generalities that don't interest them.
