I bought an Xacti CG9 camera from QVC recently for £150, and it is an excellent and versatile camera. Why the Flip video gets so talked about, compared to the Xacti, is a puzzle to me. Only possible downside is the mpeg4 h.264 files need the latest editing software, though cheap Sony Vegas Movie Studio works perfectly (and pricey Avid Express doesn’t).
